Stopped inmonday topurchase atruck for13,399.00paid13,399.00gotta recepit for13,399.00icounted mymoney mywife counted our money. The sales associate “brock” counted the money total was13,399.00received mychange. Which was adollar. Left with areceipt went home was gonna pick upmy truck the followingday. Received acall from l&l saying iwas short 1400.00Isaid impretty sure ugave usa receipt. But would bein the nextday. Tosee what had happened. Somewhere after weleft 1400.00went “missing”. And myreceipt was voided. Iasked tosee the cameras but apparently there was nofootage ofthe money disappearing! Atno time during this whole ordeal afull businessday, did the owner ormanager care toreach out tous. (getting his house built was more important). Tothis day idk where the moneyis. They got cameras but wont check them. And lastly idont need tosteal myown money.… – show

Although myvisit wasn't because Iwanted yobe there, but more ofan emergency with myvehicle, they were very fast and professional. Iwalkedin, needed help and they accommodated the best they could for medue tomy emergency. Their sales staff was also great totalk towhile Iwas waiting. Would recommend giving them avisit ifyou're ever inVernal,UT.
There was also anice 3500High Country there Ihad myeyeon. Maybe areturn visit isin order.

I have come here for all myservice onmy Honda van and Hyundai sedan. I’ve requested oil changes, acservice, transmission service, tire rotations, window switches replaced, and plastic parts replaced onthe interior ofmy cars.Mr. Labrum and his team have never disappointed. Ron, the sales manager, has gone above and beyond what mywife and Iwere expecting. Wehad very high expectations and have been looking for avery specificcar. L&L happen tohave itin stock (1of2in500mile radius). Wereally wanted tobuy local and Ron has made that happen. Literally nopressure atall tobuy, allowed usto take the car for aslong aswe wanted, and didn't bother usabout apossible trade-in orfinancing. Helet usjust take our time. Definitely not the service you wouldreceive inthe city.
On top ofitall, wehad some very tall requests toget the car absolutely perfect (window tint, paint defect intri-coat paint ona door, small dent the size ofyour finger tip) for when wetook delivery. Ron arranged everything and expedited the process.
The car isperfect ineveryway. Wecould not bemore happy and weare glad that wenow have agreat relationship with someone local!… – show00
