2) Variety of classes – The new Y in Sammamish will offer over 125 Group Exercise classes every week, with something for everyone! Whether you want to sweat it out in boot camp, cycle to the beat of the music in spin, enjoy a moment of Zen in yoga or try a low impact workout such as aqua aerobics or tai chi – you will find what you’re looking for at the Y. The best part is that our group exercise classes are included in your monthly dues, meaning you can switch up your workouts from week to week and try something new at no additional cost.
3) Robust selection of brand new cardio machines and strength training equipment – Our new 6,000 square foot Healthy Living Center will have over 50 top of the line cardio machines, 30 of the most versatile and advanced spin bikes on the market, a full line of strength equipment, fun extras for functional training like medicine balls, battle ropes, TRX, and punching bags, and more!
4) Community Involvement – The Y is a non-profit organization with a cause to strengthen the communities we operate within.
